56. Informations





(1) Unless otherwise expressly provided any member of the police force or any
inspector or other employee in the Department of Human Services or any member
of the staff of any municipal council may file a charge for a breach of or an
offence against any of the provisions of this Act.



(2) No fee shall be payable on the issue of a summons to answer to a charge
for an offence against this Act.
