Offence by body corporate

54. Offence by body corporate

Where a body corporate is guilty of an offence against this Act the body
corporate shall be liable to the penalties therefor so far as those penalties
are capable of being imposed upon a body corporate, and any director manager
or officer of the body corporate who knowingly directs authorizes or suffers
the commission of the offence by the body corporate shall, without affecting
the liability of the body corporate therefor, be severally guilty of an
offence and liable to the penalty or punishment applicable thereto.
