Entering in pursuit of homing pigeons

48. Entering in pursuit of homing pigeons

Any person entering upon enclosed land or premises for the purpose of killing
wounding disabling ensnaring taking or in any way injuring or destroying a
homing pigeon of which he is not the owner shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
