SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1994 - SECT 7
Regulatory impact statement must be prepared(1) The responsible Minister must ensure that a regulatory impact statement is prepared for a proposed statutory rule.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if an exemption certificate is issued for the proposed statutory rule.
