Advisory role of Scrutiny Committee

27. Advisory role of Scrutiny Committee

The Scrutiny Committee may advise the Minister about any matter relating to
the administration or operation of this Act including-

   (a)  the making of regulations under section 4(1); and

   (b)  the making of guidelines.
