83. Contents of home detention assessment report

Before section 99G(1)(m) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert-

"(la) an assessment of the likelihood that the offender will commit an offence
in respect of which a final order could be made under the Stalking
Intervention Orders Act 2008;". ---------------
