Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008 - SECT 82 

Home detention

82. Home detention

Before section 18ZV(e) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert-

"(da) a contravention of a final order under the Stalking Intervention Orders
Act 2008, or an order of a corresponding nature made in another State or a
Territory; or".
