Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008 - SECT 79

In section 4F(1)(b) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989-

   (a)  in subparagraph (ii), for "; and" substitute "; or";

   (b)  after subparagraph (ii) insert-



"(iii) a contravention of an intervention order under the Stalking
Intervention Orders Act 2008 or an offence arising out of the same conduct as
that out of which the contravention arose; and".
