Definition of child

64. Definition of child

Before paragraph (b) of the definition of child in section 3(1) of the
Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 insert-

"(ab) in the case of a proceeding under the Stalking Intervention Orders Act
2008, a person who is under the age of 18 when an application is made under
that Act; and".
