PART 7 TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Definitions

56. Definitions

In this Part- commencement day means the day this section commences;
intervention order means an order made under section 4 of the repealed Act of
a kind referred to in section 21A(5) of the Crimes Act 1958; new Act means the
Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008; repealed Act means the Crimes (Family
Violence) Act 1987.
