Copy of the warrant to be given to occupier

39. Copy of the warrant to be given to occupier

If the occupier or another person who apparently represents the occupier is
present at the premises when a search warrant is being executed, the police
officer must-

   (a)  identify himself or herself to the person as a police officer; and

   (b)  give that person a copy of the execution copy of the warrant.
