Variation, revocation or extension of order registered interstate

28. Variation, revocation or extension of order registered interstate



(1) This section applies if-

   (a)  the court orders the variation, revocation or extension of an
        intervention order; and

   (b)  that order is registered under a law of another State or a Territory
        that corresponds to section 43.

(2) The registrar must notify the relevant officer of the court in which the
order is registered of the terms of the variation, revocation or extension.
