Variation, revocation or extension of orders

25. Variation, revocation or extension of orders



(1) If an intervention order is in force, the court may order the variation,
revocation or extension of the order on an application under this Division.

(2) The court may order that an intervention order be varied or revoked on the
application of the respondent only if there has been a change in the
circumstances in which the order was made.
