Concurrent criminal proceedings

24. Concurrent criminal proceedings



(1) The court may make an intervention order in respect of a person even
though the person has been charged with an offence arising out of the same
conduct as that out of which the application for the intervention order arose.

(2) The order may be made at any time before or after the commencement of
proceedings for the offence.
