Restriction on evidence by and presence of children

21. Restriction on evidence by and presence of children

A child (other than a child who is the respondent in proceedings under this
Act) who is-

   (a)  the affected person in the proceedings; or

   (b)  a family member of the respondent or of the affected person in the
        proceedings-

must not be present during, or called as a witness in, those proceedings
unless the court makes an order allowing the child to be present or called as
a witness (as the case may be).
