Court may order forfeiture to the Crown

92. Court may order forfeiture to the Crown



(1) A court which finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act or the
regulations may order that any item used in the commission of the offence be
forfeited to the Crown.

(2) If any item is forfeited to the Crown under subsection (1)-

   (a)  the Minister may direct that the item be disposed of in any manner
        that the Minister thinks fit; and

   (b)  if the Minister directs that the item is to be disposed of by sale,
        the proceeds of the sale must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
