SUSTAINABLE FORESTS (TIMBER) ACT 2004 - SECT 77F
Direction to remove a dog from a timber harvesting safety zone(1) An authorised officer may direct a person in apparent control of a dog in a timber harvesting safety zone notice of which has been given in accordance with section 77C to remove the dog from the zone.

(2) A person must not refuse or fail to comply with a direction under subsection (1).
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
