SUSTAINABLE FORESTS (TIMBER) ACT 2004 - SECT 77D
Direction to leave a timber harvesting safety zone(1) An authorised officer may direct a person to leave a timber harvesting safety zone (and not re‑enter the zone) in a manner specified in the direction.

(2) A person must not refuse or fail to comply with a direction under subsection (1).
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
