Direction in relation to conduct of timber harvesting operations

70. Direction in relation to conduct of timber harvesting operations



(1) An authorised officer may give directions as to the conduct of timber
harvesting operations in a State forest to any person who is the holder of a
timber harvesting operator's licence.

(2) A person must comply with a direction under this section.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
