PART 7 CONDUCT OF TIMBER HARVESTING OPERATIONS

Direction to produce licence

69. Direction to produce licence



(1) An authorised officer may direct a person who is the holder of a timber
harvesting operator's licence to produce that licence for inspection-

   (a)  immediately; or

   (b)  within 7 days at a place determined by the authorised officer.

(2) A person must comply with a direction under this section.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
