Register

68. Register



(1) The Secretary must establish a register of timber harvesting operator's
licences.

(2) The Secretary must ensure that the following details are recorded in the
register-

   (a)  the name and address of the holder of any timber harvesting operator's
        licence; and

   (b)  the licence number of each timber harvesting operator's licence
        issued; and

   (c)  any demerit points issued in respect of a timber harvesting operator's
        licence; and

   (d)  any suspension of a timber harvesting operator's licence; and

   (e)  any cancellation of a timber harvesting operator's licence; and

   (f)  any other prescribed matters.
