67. Decision to cancel or suspend not affected by review process

Pending the outcome of a review of a decision to suspend or cancel a timber
harvesting operator's licence-

   (a)  the original decision of the Secretary to suspend the licence under
        section 61 or cancel the licence under section 62 (as the case
        requires) is not affected; and

   (b)  the licence is suspended or cancelled accordingly.
