Secretary to notify holder of outcome of review

66. Secretary to notify holder of outcome of review

The Secretary must notify the holder of the timber harvesting operator's
licence who has applied under section 63 for the review of a decision to
suspend or cancel the licence of the outcome of the review of the Secretary's
decision by the panel under section 65 within 14 days after the Secretary has
received the panel's decision.
