Application for review of suspension or cancellation

63. Application for review of suspension or cancellation



(1) The holder of a timber harvesting operator's licence whose licence is
suspended under section 61 or cancelled under section 62 may apply to the
Secretary for a review of that decision.

(2) An application under subsection (1) must-

   (a)  be in the prescribed form; and

   (b)  be made within 14 days after the holder of the licence-

   (i)  in the case of a suspension, receives notification under section
        61(2); or

   (ii) in the case of a cancellation, receives notification under section
        62(2).
