Notification of refusal

59. Notification of refusal

The Secretary must-

   (a)  notify an applicant for a timber harvesting operator's licence or for
        renewal of a timber harvesting operator's licence in writing of the
        Secretary's refusal to issue or renew a licence; and

   (b)  include the reasons for the refusal to issue or renew the licence in
        the notification.
