Application for renewal

55. Application for renewal



(1) The holder of a timber harvesting operator's licence may apply for renewal
of the licence.

(2) An application must-

   (a)  be in a form approved by the Secretary; and

   (b)  be accompanied by the prescribed renewal fee (if any).
