Application for licence

53. Application for licence



(1) A natural person may apply to the Secretary for a timber harvesting
operator's licence.

(2) An application must-

   (a)  be in a form approved by the Secretary; and

   (b)  specify the prescribed activity or class of activity for which a
        timber harvesting operator's licence is required; and

   (c)  be accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any).
