Offence to direct contravention of licence or regulations

52. Offence to direct contravention of licence or regulations

A person who engages, contracts with or employs a person to carry out, in a
State forest, a prescribed activity or class of activity for which a timber
harvesting operator's licence is required or a person supervising the carrying
out of that activity or class of activity must not direct the holder of a
timber harvesting operator's licence-

   (a)  to contravene a condition of that person's licence; or

   (b)  to contravene a regulation relating to the licence.

Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person; 240 penalty units,
in the case of a body corporate.
