Minister to make findings available

49. Minister to make findings available



(1) The Minister must cause any adverse findings against VicForests as a
result of an audit conducted under section 47 and any response by VicForests
under section 48 to be available for inspection by the public at the head
office of the Department of Sustainability and Environment.

(2) The Minister may cause the findings and the response referred to in
subsection (1) to be published on the Internet.
