VicForests to operate in accordance with approved timber release plan

44. VicForests to operate in accordance with approved timber release plan

In carrying out its functions and powers under this Act in relation to vested
timber resources or in relation to an area to which an allocation order
applies, VicForests must do so in accordance with any approved timber release
plan.
