Property vests in VicForests on publication of notice

42. Property vests in VicForests on publication of notice



(1) On the publication of a notice in the Government Gazette under section 41,
property in the timber resources to which the approved timber release plan
applies is vested in VicForests.

(2) Subject to this Act and any allocation order, VicForests is entitled to
retain the revenue received from harvesting and selling or harvesting or
selling vested timber resources.
