VicForests to prepare timber release plan

37. VicForests to prepare timber release plan



(1) VicForests must prepare a timber release plan in respect of an area to
which an allocation order applies for the purposes of-

   (a)  harvesting and selling, or harvesting or selling, timber resources;
        and

   (b)  undertaking associated management activities in relation to those
        timber resources.

(2) A timber release plan is to be for a period not exceeding 5 years.
