35. Ministerial orders



(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of transferred
agreement, the Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may
declare an agreement entered into pursuant to section 21 of the
Forests Act 1958 and in existence immediately before the commencement of
section 31 to be a transferred agreement.



(2) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of transferred licence
(east), the Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may
declare a licence or permit granted under section 52 of the Forests Act 1958
and in existence immediately before the commencement of section 25 in respect
of an area in the east of the State of Victoria to be a transferred licence
(east).
