VicForests required to pay charges

24. VicForests required to pay charges



(1) VicForests must pay to the Secretary all charges required to be paid to
the Secretary in accordance with section 23.

(2) All charges received by the Secretary from VicForests under subsection (1)
are to be applied for the purposes of the matters referred to in section
23(1).
