Secretary's powers and functions not affected by order

22. Secretary's powers and functions not affected by order

Nothing in an allocation order affects the powers and functions of the
Secretary under this Act or the Forests Act 1958 in respect of timber
resources or in respect of an area to which an allocation order applies, other
than the Secretary's powers and functions in relation to harvesting and
selling or harvesting or selling vested timber resources.
