PART 3 ALLOCATION TO VICFORESTS

Minister may make allocation order

13. Minister may make allocation order

The Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may-

   (a)  allocate timber in State forests to VicForests for the purposes of
        harvesting and selling, or harvesting or selling, timber resources;
        and

   (b)  permit VicForests to undertake associated management activities in
        relation to that allocated timber including-

   (i)  preparation of sites for timber harvesting;

   (ii) construction of access roads to coupes;

   (iii) site rehabilitation;

   (iv) forest regeneration;

   (v)  any other activities specified in the order.
