Application for review
9B. Application for review
(1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the Authority-
(a) in respect of an application for registration under this Part; or
(ab) in respect of an application for endorsement of a registration under
this Part; or
(ac) to impose, vary or revoke a condition in respect of registration or
endorsement under this Part; or
(b) in respect of an application for permission under section 10A; or
(c) to impose, vary or revoke a condition of a permission; or
(d) in respect of an application for permission under section 18 or any
limitation on or condition of such a permission-
may apply to the Tribunal for review of the decision.
(2) An application for review must be made within 28 days after the later of-
(a) the day on which the decision is made; or
(b) if, under the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998,
the person requests a statement of reasons for the decision, the day
on which the statement of reasons is given to the person or the person
is informed under section 46(5) of that Act that a statement of
reasons will not be given.
