9A. Notice of decision





(1) If the Authority refuses to register an applicant or refuses to endorse
the registration of an applicant, the Authority must notify the applicant in
writing of the refusal within 14 days after that refusal.

(2) If the Authority registers an applicant or endorses the registration of an
applicant, the Authority must as soon as practicable notify the applicant in
writing of that decision.
