Notation of condition on certificate of registration

8C. Notation of condition on certificate of registration



(1) If a condition in respect of the registration, or endorsement of the
registration, of a person registered under this Part is imposed, varied or
revoked under section 8B or 18B(1)(f), the Authority may require the person to
produce the certificate of registration for notation of the condition or the
variation or revocation of the condition.





(2) A person registered under this Part must comply with the requirement under
subsection (1).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
