Authority may impose conditions

8B. Authority may impose conditions



(1) The Authority may-

   (a)  impose conditions that must be complied with before it registers, or
        endorses the registration of, an applicant;

   (b)  on registering, or endorsing the registration of, an applicant or at
        any other time, impose conditions in respect of the registration, or
        endorsement of the registration, of a person;

   (c)  at any time on the application of any person or of its own motion,
        vary or revoke any conditions previously imposed.

(2) A person registered under this Part must comply with any conditions
imposed in respect of the registration or endorsement of the registration.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(3) An application under subsection (1)(c), other than an application by the
Director or the Chief Commissioner of Police, must be accompanied by the
prescribed fee or, if no fee is prescribed, 15 fee units.
