Repeals and transitional provisions

33. Repeals and transitional provisions



(1) The following Acts are repealed:

Second-hand Dealers Act 1958 Marine Stores and Old Metals Act 1958 Pawnbrokers
Act 1958.

(2) Despite subsection (1), a repealed Act continues to apply to a licence of
whatever kind in force under that Act immediately before the commencement of
this section until the licence expires in accordance with that Act.
