Verification of details supplied to the Authority

28C. Verification of details supplied to the Authority

The Authority may specify how any information supplied to it under this Act is
to be verified, and without limiting the scope of this power, may require that
the information be supplied in the form of, or be verified by, a statutory
declaration.
