28B. Rule against self-incrimination does not apply
(1) A person is not excused from answering a question or providing information
under section 28A on the ground that the answer or the information might tend
to incriminate the person.
(2) If the person claims, before answering a question, that the answer might
tend to incriminate the person, the answer is not admissible in evidence in
any criminal proceedings, other than in proceedings in respect of the falsity
of the answer.
