24B. Sign to be displayed

A second-hand dealer or pawnbroker must cause a notice in the form in the
Schedule, in legible letters not less than 15 millimetres in height and of a
colour that contrasts with the background colour of the notice, to be
displayed in a prominent place in each business premises of the dealer or
pawnbroker to which the public has access so that the notice is clearly
visible to the public. Penalty: 20 penalty units. _______________
