Suspended and cancelled certificates of registration must be returned

18D. Suspended and cancelled certificates of registration must be returned

If the Tribunal suspends or cancels the registration or endorsement of a
person, the person must return the certificate of registration to the
Authority within the period specified by the Tribunal by notice in writing
given to the person. Penalty: 25 penalty units. _______________
