Effect of suspension

18C. Effect of suspension



(1) A second-hand dealer or pawnbroker whose registration has been suspended
is to be treated as unregistered during the period of suspension, except for
the purposes of sections 11, 11A, 11C and 28A.

(2) A pawnbroker whose endorsement has been suspended is to be treated as
unendorsed during the period of suspension, except for the purposes of
sections 11AA, 11A, 11C, Division 2 of Part 5 and 28A.
