16. Offences



(1) A person must not knowingly or recklessly make a false or misleading
statement in or in connection with an application, statement or notice under
this Part.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2) An applicant for registration must not submit false evidence of identity.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
