Correction of the register

14. Correction of the register





(1) The Registrar may correct an error or omission in the register by-

   (a)  inserting an entry; or

   (b)  amending an entry; or

   (c)  omitting an entry-

if the Registrar is satisfied that the register contains an error.

(2) The Registrar may make the correction on his or her initiative or on the
application of any person.



(3) The Registrar must notify the person registered of any correction made
under this section that affects the registration or endorsement of the
registration.



(4) A person may apply to the Tribunal for review of the Registrar's decision
concerning correction of the register.

(5) The Registrar must make any correction to the register that is necessary
to implement the decision of the Tribunal.
