Register

13. Register





(1) The Registrar must cause a register to be kept of all persons registered
under this Part containing particulars of endorsements, if any, under this
Part and the prescribed particulars.

(2) The register may be inspected at the office of the Authority by any person
during ordinary office hours without charge.

(3) A person may obtain-

   (a)  a copy of the register; or

   (b)  a copy of an entry in the register; or

   (c)  a copy of a page in the register-

on payment of the fee prescribed for that type of copy.
