Return of certificates of registration

11B. Return of certificates of registration

Subject to section 18D, a person registered, or whose registration is
endorsed, under this Part must return the certificate of registration to the
Authority within 7 days of-

   (a)  becoming aware of the cancellation of the registration; or

   (b)  becoming aware of the cancellation of an endorsement of the
        registration; or

   (c)  ceasing to carry on business as a second-hand dealer or pawnbroker.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.
